Cyanoacrylate Adhesive

POLYFIX ® Cyanoacrylate Adhesive adhesive are single component "instant curing" solvent free adhesives. They have been designed to cure by reacting to small traces of surface moisture at room temperature. Fast and easy to apply, these adhesive do not require any mixing or heating prior to the use. Only application of contact pressure is required to obtain high performance bonds. The Cyanoacrylate Adhesive performs best when applied as a thin film between two surface.

Cyanoacrylate Adhesive are available in ethyl, methyl and other speciality grades. The different grades of adhesive are available in varying viscosity, cure speed, strength etc. These adhesive can form a strong bond with any combination of similar and dissimilar surfaces including metals, rubbers, plastic and more. We also offer aerosol and activators to enhance the cure speed and adhesion to form a strong bond with plastic. POLYFIX ® Cyanoacrylate Adhesive can be easily applied manually and automatically. Rapid cure and easy application makes the adhesive. Rapid cure and easy application makes them suitable for high speed production. Application of 20 gm of adhesive of POLYFIX ® Cyanoacrylate Adhesive properly applied can form as many as hundreds of bond.
